"Zap It" Joint Rub August 25, 2016 Reviewer: Brenda Giglio from McKinney, TX United States   I bought this for my husband use mostly and he uses it at night to get the best benefit from it.   However, I might start trying it when I get the occasional aches. I Recommend It! August 18, 2016 Reviewer: James Lowe from San Juan Cap., CA United States   I use Zap It!  on my back, shoulders and elbows every day.  Thanks for making this product.  Years of working as an electrician wore out my elbow,  and the deep joint pain used to wake me up in the middle of night.  With Zap It! Zap It August 11, 2016 Reviewer: Janice Villa from Dunnellon, FL United States   I received your email concerning the new replacement product for the Blue Pain Relief called Zap It.  I ordered three bottles on 7/30/16.  Received the product and my husband tried it.  It was very strong smelling and a burning sensation to the skin.  Not at all like the Blue Pain Relief.  It did not have the same smell or the burning sensation as the Zap It.  We were very unhappy with the product and asked to return it.  I received a return number and sent it back at a cost of $16.  I was given a refund for the two unopened bottles and a 50% for the opened container which we used about two pumps worth of product.  I think you owe your customers a better evaluation of your new product.  It is not the same as the Blue Pain Relief.  Please remove my name from your customer list.  I will not be using any of your product again.  Janice Villa Was this review helpful to you?
